My approach
I take a holistic approach to teach a complete and traditional science of yoga. I explore yoga in a way that is both practical and spiritual. The practice consists of asana, pranayama, and meditation to strengthen your body, connect you to the power of vital energy, and focus your mind. Through these integral life sources, yoga creates a physical, emotional, and mental balance in your life. As you allow yoga to enter your life, you are able to release your old energy patterns and realize your own true potential. The greatest knowledge gained through the practice of yoga is to know your true self and your own true nature.
At Satguru Yoga, I introduce you to the world of Yoga in its simple and true form. I offer you drop-in yoga classes, pranayama, and meditation, as well as Retreats, and Yoga Teacher Training. I feel compelled to eradicate angst and despair from modern society and replace it with selfless service for the Earth and other fellow beings. Also, I focus on delving within ourselves and dealing with our own key issues with meditation, and spiritual yoga.
